Deciding you’re ready to find a therapist is a huge step towards growth and healing, and I would be honoured to be alongside you in this process. I’m a registered trauma-focused and couples therapist with foundations rooted in evidence-based mind-body approaches that include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Theory, the Relationship Theory Model and more. I hold an authentic, directive and collaborative style in sessions, and I hope to cultivate the proper conditions for you to fully explore your experiences and help you navigate difficulties in your life that may be holding you back.
