PAYMENT
I accept e-transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque. I use JaneApp for storing all information, which is encrypted and PIPA compliant to ensure security and confidentiality. I require a credit card on file for all clients to secure bookings, despite other forms of payment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
If you need to cancel, I require at least 72 hours’ notice or you will still be charged the full fee for the session. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call, you will be charged for the full session. I understand that there are special circumstances and emergencies, so if this is the case and you are unable to attend without the 72- hour notice, call me and we can chat about it.

INSURANCE
I do not directly bill insurance for treatment; however I do provide receipt with my registration number for clients to bill insurance providers directly. If you have extended health benefits, counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) is often covered, but may not be. Please check with your insurance provider to find out more. I am also a provider for CVAP, but the difference between this coverage and my hourly rate would be paid by the client. I am not an ICBC provider.

WHEN ARRIVING FOR THE SESSION
I work at Mount Pleasant Counselling at 198 E 21st Ave. I send the door code ahead of the session.
GETTING HERE
Mt Pleasant easily accessible by transit or foot. The offices do not have parking onsite, however, there is a lot of street parking in Mt Pleasant. Please give yourself enough time to park and arrive to the session on time.
